做一个富贵的皇帝鸭「皇帝鸭」听闻其久,还真未尝过。这天去了。。。中式的庄重装璜,米黄棕色摆设。惊一瞥,有蔡生肖像坐镇。翻开菜单,有倪匡蔡生提点大名加持,未尝已加分。点了北京片皮鸭,XO酱四季豆炒鸭肉(XO酱没想象的惹味,倒是想尝尝原味的烤鸭肉),两式炒香港芥兰(叶子炒得咸香脆口,茎枝用香蒜大火油炒得停不了口,嫩得大爱),过火猪八戒(豆鼓辣蒜热炒五花肉,好下饭的一道菜),再配上猪油捞饭一绝!
