 Kam Heong Fish
The fishes again was so fresh, that its flesh tasted so sweet. Although the kam hiong sauce was thick and sticky but you can still taste the sweetness of the fish flesh. It was not too spicy, and not oily, with a bit of sweet and salty taste too. Very delicious dish. Yummy~
