Tong Pak Fu, is one of the famous Hong Kong style dessert specialize shop. This is my first time trying Hong Kong style dessert. The restaurant environment is nice, with some very creative design in their interior and even the spoon and bowl. The presentation is very nice and and comes in quite a big portion. This make us crazy to snap photo with it before start eating. The coffee snow ice is rich with coffee flavor,quite soft, not sweet and cool. Definitely suitable to those coffee lover. It comes with side toppings like red bean, glass jelly and strawberry. The red bean seem not that fresh, while the strawberry taste a bit sour.
