If you fancy fish, you may opt for the Pan Fried Ocean Trout but this is not a permanent feature on the menu. I think that is due to the seasonal catch. The flesh taste a bit like salmon and was tender and soft, not flaky which would spoil the texture. The same side dishes which accompany every mains is very well done with good flavours which was all natural. The best is the boiled potatoes which was just the right consistency.
