This blog post is about my cake eating experience in Serai. My brother brought me to dine in Serai few years back and he treated me the Pavlova. That was my 1st experience of eating Pavlova. This is the cake from Serai. As you can see there are fruits on the cakes with a mixture of sweet blueberries, grapes and strawberries. The pavlova is soft and airy, but this piece of cake has sink a bit in the middle. The cream is sweet and the pavlova is sweet too. Makes the whole piece of cake way too sweet. You when you mixed with the sour strawberry its still okay. I would prefer the one in Alexis as it is not that sweet, and in Alexis they dun use grapes, but they use more blueberries and strawberries compared to the one in Serai. Disappointing thing, when the cake it serve, i thought all the dark colored fruits are blueberries. at the end i only have 1 blueberry on my cake, others are grapes cut into halfs, that seems to act like a blueberry.
