I've always had a liking for steamed egg especially the japanese type which they called chawanmushi. I tried the version at Yuzu and is not disappointed. It had the smoothest texture with the steaming done with just the right timing to give it the nicest sheen. The ingredients were mushroom, fishcake and unagi. Really tasted super delicious as the mushroom and unagi had such strong flavours. The milky texture is flavoured with soy sauce and has a sweet salty taste which was just great with
