Tong Kee (棠记)'s egg tart is the best seller item that known to all. In fact, I personally find its egg tart is the best I have tried so far. The quality of its egg tart still sustained till today. I love its fresh flaky crust which you can never find elsewhere and smooth egg custard which definitely not from colouring nor preservative. Not too sweet and the level of sweetness met my expectation. The baking temperature is always maintained to golden colour. The egg tart is well balanced with its crust and egg custard. Hence, I enjoyed every single bite I made. Indulgence!
