I find the hokkien meehoon here just normal. Hokkien fried dishes are normally stir fried until sauces are thick. The meehoon was practically swimming in sauce. The sauce tasted quite salty and the meehoon was soggy. Chicken slices were adequately marinated but due to the salty sauce, the meat were also affected and lost most of its good taste. There were a sprinkle of lettuce fried together which did nothing to save this dish.
