Hainanese Chicken Chop was served on a piece of cabbage flooded with tomato-based gravy and some onions, peas, with fries and salad at the side. The chicken was coated with egg batter and deep-fried to crispiness. The chicken was tender and quite a big piece. However, the fries and the salad portion were so little. The gravy was slightly watery, tasted sweet and sourish.
