The restaurant is famous for its Sang Har Mien. Sang Har Mien (Freshwater prawns noodles). It was served with 4 pieces of big fresh prawns on top of a bed of fried noodles, with some sauce around it. This dish was best eaten when the fried noodles are soaked in the flavourful sauce. THe noodles were just the right texture, not too hard and not too soggy either. The prawns were really big, juicy and succulent. The prawn roe was a lot too.
