Another must-try dish here at Levain is definitely the Lamb Ragu. Although it looked quite small when it arrived but it’s quite filling! The fettucine pasta is home-made hence the sizes are slightly bigger and it taste much firm. I liked the texture where it isn’t too hard but not too soft yet with a firm bite. The lamb tasted like bolognaise but with a richer flavour and texture. It has more spices in the mixture and more intense, probably due to the usage of lamb. However, it does not offer an
