Kissaten is a Japanese fusion restaurant, and this outlet at Jaya One has many regular customers during lunch hours. I love the Japanese food here, but this time I went to try some western delight.I have a huge Kissaten Pork Burger, and the thickness of the meat is simply too much for me. I have a huge Kissaten Pork Burger, and the thickness of the meat is simply too much for me. It is very filling with thick layers of cheese, vegetables and homemade salty sweet sauce. I love the scent of the sauce with the crunchy meat. The juicy pork is full of flavours, and best complemented with fluffy buns. Overall, it is quite salty but finished with sweet hints.
