Bourbon Street Baramundi (RM 29.90)Bourbon Street Baramundi is actually a dish consisted of two big piece of charbroiled Cajun-spiced fish with Bourbon Street Sauce served over mash potatoes. Luckily, the grilled fish doens't have fishy taste. Besides, there were also lots of fresh peeled prawns and crispy tortilla chip strips being given. The mashed potato taste good when eaten with the sauce because it absorbed the rich and creamy Bourbon street sauce. A very satisfying and comforting dish. For those who are watching his/her weight, skip this dish as it is quite fattening...hehe.......
Bourbon Street Chicken The ingredients found in Bourbon Street Chicken is exactly the same with Boubon Street Baramundi, except for the fish being substituted with grilled chicken. The chicken is tender with a slightly grilled aroma.
