spices restaurant and wine bar located inside the concorde hotel.It's somewhere near to Jalan Sultan Ismail.Spices restaurant and wine bar is a western style restaurant with a real cozy dining environment and also nice western food.This is our soup as the starter.Very special i would say.The soup is so rich and thick.It taste so special with so creamy taste and a little bit sweet taste on it.So cute that they put a small strawberry there.Look good and the taste is really superb.But i still prefe
