The cold appetizer such as raw salmon , was not very fresh... I can literally taste the 'fishy' taste and no longer fresh , dull flavor in the fish.. as clear as you can see, the color of the salmon starting to turn black too. The mussle was okay, acceptable, it wasn't very rubbery, and that's what I like, (so that I am able to chew it).. The earth flavor can simply settle by squeezing a little bit lemon on it.
