This is a plate of carbonara spaghetti, laden with mushrooms and ham then topped with red cabbage. Surprisingly, the pungent red cabbage, creamy carbonara sauce, mushrooms and meaty taste of the ham went well together. As though the big portion was not enough, the creaminess of this was too much to handle. We could not finish the whole plate. I do prefer a carbonara that is less heavy.
