The concept at Marche is quite unique. Once you enter, it's like a food court with many different stalls selling different cousines. You're given a paper which the stall will mark on once you have made your order. After having your fill of food, you pay at the exit. No exchange of money occurs in the eating area.Although I liked the idea and environment, the food was not satisfying.
