Chicken wing is one of the most famous finger food to eat during night time. When you go yum cha with friends, sometimes you just want to have something to bite on then the chicken wing is one of the best food. The chicken wing here has a very crispy chicken skin. The meat is very soft and tender. Then the meat is very juicy too. Since the meat is very tasty, it is up to you whether to dip the chilli sauce to eat it or not. continue reading

This is the san kan chong style pork ball noodle.I went there early in the morning to take away this pork ball noodle for my breakfast. For me,i always prefer san kan chong pork ball noodle than the pork noodle.I like the sausage so much.It taste really different with the chinese sausage. It bitter in taste and taste like some intestine. The noodles is normal but the sauce is quite tasty. The only thing is the sauce too little so end up quite dry.The soup is quite strong MSG taste and the pork ball is quite nice. continue reading

Kajang SatayHere is a restaurant maybe you can said is a food court which Chinese dish variety and one satay stall here. The satay served here is big and in reasonable price. There is different kind of meat for you to choose from such as chicken, lamb, beef. The special thing to make this satay delicious is the sauce. The sauce is very thick with a bit sambal on top but it not very spicy but more to the peanut taste, so it smell very good. The meat of the satay is moist even thought it been grilled. The meat is mix with some belly meat, 'crispy' feel to eat. It taste good with a bit burn taste (not over burned), very delicious and special taste than other satay. The portion is quite big. continue reading

A Malay Satay stall found in a Chinese food court because Chinese likes Malay food too This restaurant located in Kajang which has many choices of foods but i purposely travel to Kajang from PJ is because of this SatayThis is the what the satay served there, good looks without heavy burn, haha! This is traditional malay satay, nothing special of the ingredients beside the satay served is big! The thing to make this satay special is the sauce. Sauce is very important to a satay unless you just eat the satay without the sauce then this satay is just so so to you... This sauce is very tasty, I think is the peanut make this sauce aromatic, it is not spicy but to make the satay become more delicious! continue reading
