She insists on preparing the signature spicy broths using fresh and high quality ingredients imported from China to preserve the authentic flavours of the soup. If you are not a spicy food lover, worry not as the hotness of the broth can be adjusted according to your preferences and tastes. The restaurant’s interior is spacious and cozy with a seating capacity of up to 50 people. Each table is equipped with an electric stove to heat the soup safely. You have a choice of three different types of soups, including Chinese Herbal Soup, Combination Soup, and Sauerkraut Soup. A must-have is the popular Combination Soup consisting of Hot & Spicy Broth and Chinese Herbal Broth. San Hui Wei has recently launched new steamboat sets for 1 and 2 persons. The steamboat set for 1 person comes with a choice of pork and chicken or beef and mutton. For pork and chicken set, the price is RM16.80 per person, while the beef and mutton set is RM18.80 per person. The steamboat set for 2 persons is priced at RM39.80. All sets include free Chinese tea and fruits. During the food tasting session, more than 17 a la carte dishes will be served, including vegetables, beancurds, meat slices, meat balls, and sausages. Vegetable items include Enoki Mushroom, Lettuce, Tong Wo, Spinach, and White Cabbage, while beancurd items include Seafood Beancurd and Beancurd Skin. The meats are premium meats with a good ratio of fat and lean meat. They are thinly sliced with a machine to make the meats soft and tender when cooked. Invited members will have a chance to try fresh and delicious Mutton and Pork Slices during the event. San Hui Wei is proud of their homemade meat balls, which are freshly handmade on the spot when an order is placed. Three best-selling meat balls will be served, including Homemade Pork Ball, Homemade Parsley Pork Ball and Homemade Beancurd Pork Ball.
