‘The Braised Harmony’ Recipe!

猪手,鸡脚,猪尾,食谱, Braised pork tail, chicken, soup, recipe
Ingredient and Portion: 300g pigtail (chopped), 450g pig’s trotters (cut into pieces), 6 dried Chinese mushrooms (soaked and halved), 5 prefried chicken feet (store bought), 350g lotus root, 1 whole garlic (with skin on), 5 red dates, 2 slices liquorice

Seasoning: 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 3 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp chicken stock granules, 1 tbsp rock sugar or to taste, 1 packet TEAN’s Herbal Ginseng Chicken Soup Mix, 2 litres water

Method:
1. Heat a deep saucepot until hot. Add pigtail, trotters, chicken feet, lotus root and mushrooms. Stir for a while. Pour in combined seasoning and add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce the heat and simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender.

猪手鸡脚食谱

猪手,鸡脚,猪尾,食谱

材料:猪尾 300克(斩小块),猪手 450克(斩小块),香菇 6粒(浸泡切半),现买炸鸡脚 5个,莲藕 350克,蒜头 1整粒(连衣),红枣 5粒,甘草 2片

调味料:蚝油 1汤匙,酱油 3汤匙,鸡粉 1汤匙,冰糖 1汤匙,TEAN’s人参鸡汤包 1包,清水 2公升

做法:
1. 把深锅加热,放入猪尾、猪手、鸡脚、莲藕及香菇,炒一会后加入混合调味料,煮至滚。
2. 转小火,焖煮1 1/2小时至软身。
3. 取出莲藕,切片即可。
