Having soft serve ice cream in a ‘J’ shaped corn canes, indeed something you must try out this time when you’re at Sunway Pyramid! Having two flavors in a cone, be it Vanilla or Chocolate- each at both ends, the ice cream won’t exactly melt easily and just enjoy it on the go! Brace yourself through the queue and join in the trend today to taste them out! Besides their unique cane shape ice cream, they do serve cold brewed bottled coffees too!
2. Wetzel's Pretzels
After some long walks in the mall, perhaps you’ll start to notice your stomach is grumbling? Wetzel’s Pretzel is just around the corner! Wide variety of pretzels that you’ll love to try them out for sure! Unlike the normal pretzel store, their pretzels here are fluffier, soft on the inner and crispy on the outer! Then head over to this Paradise Inn – well, it is indeed a restaurant and the word ‘inn’ in Chinese tradition stands for lodge and restaurant during the ancient times. Classy interior, this restaurant serves Chinese cuisine and Double-boiled soups too! You can order dishes and rice to be eaten like your usual dinner too! Extensive menu ranging from coffee pork ribs, fried prawns in wasabi mayo or salted egg yolk, fried shrimp paste prawns and many more!
4. Kueh Moi
Looking for some light munch in between? Kueh Moi would be good to cure your cravings to munch on food then! Each pieces of ‘kuih’ is nicely wrapped and displayed neatly for you to choose. So many delectable ‘kuih’s’ to choose ranging from Kueh Talam, Red Bean, Angku, Sago Gula Melaka, Kueh Ambon (Honeycomb cake), Pulut Tekan, Kueh Lapis or Chai Kueh (Teo Chew Kueh) and many more to choose from! Ranging from RM1.60 per piece, you might feel that it is quite pricey; but upon first bite, it is so good that it’s hard to find something like this food quality nearby. Egg waffles or known better as ‘Gai Dan Zai’ in Hong Kong; you might have tasted them before when you visit Hong Kong. It’s finally available in Malaysia too! Giving you the same taste of what you taste before, this egg waffle comes in 6 flavors ranging from Original, Chocolate, Charcoal Cheese, Chicken Floss, Green Tea and Pandan flavor. Made to be crispy on the outer layer and soft inside, indeed one of the best you can get over here! A restaurant originated from United States that is inspired by the Oscar-winning film - ‘Forest Gump’. This themed-restaurant serves mainly on shrimps and not forgetting on other meats too. Decorated to look exact like in the film, there are quotes hanging in around the walls. While Onion rings would be everyone’s favorite here as it is thick-cut and nicely battered to deep-fried, do try the recommended shrimp dishes like Shrimper’s Heaven, Bucket of Boat Trash, Dumb Luck Coconut Shrimp, Cajun Shrimp or Shrimper’s Net Catch – simply the most recommended shrimp dishes here!
8. Ole-Ole Bali
If you miss Bali a lot and their food, get some good memories back from this restaurant at Sunway Pyramid! Tasty Balinese food, romantic-ambience place to dine and Balinese style decorations making it looks attractive and appetizing! What should you order? Give sate Lilit, Ole-ole BBQ Wings, Cumi-Cumi Goreng (Fish fingers & Fried Squid), Nasi Campur or Siap Bumbu (Half Balinese style roasted chicken with Nasi Minyak).
