Ingredients | 材料:1 whole kampong chicken (about 1.5kg) | 甘榜鸡 1只(约1.5公斤), 50g American ginseng rootlets | 洋参须 50克, 20g wolfberries | 枸杞 20克, 1.5 litres water | 清水 1.5公升
Seasonings | 调味料1 tsp salt | 盐 1茶匙, 1 tsp light soy sauce | 生抽 1茶匙
Method | 做法
1. Rinse American ginseng rootlets and wolfberries, drain well.
洋参须和枸杞洗净,沥干。
2. Clean chicken and rinse, stuff American ginseng rootlets and wolfberries into the cavity, then place it into a slow cooker.
将鸡清理干净,将参须和枸杞塞入鸡腔内, 然后放入慢炖锅(电砂煲)内。
3. In a pot, bring water to a boil and pour into the slow cooker. Cook over high heat for 3 hours.
将清水倒入另一个锅,煮沸后倒入慢炖锅 内,以大火煮3小时。
4. Mix in Seasonings and serve.
加入调味料拌匀即可。
