This restaurant has operating for more than half of the century and their signature prawn noodle is the reason that they can stand till today. The prawn noodle here is different than those in KL as they used the Loh Mee method to cook it. There are large freshwater prawns added into cooking of the noodle which is making the soup full of the prawn essence. They also allow you to choose the number of prawns in your noodle. Prawn lovers, are you being attracted by this?

The Char Siew Pao and Vegetable Pao are making the restaurant to be continuously famous throughout all kinds of different media. The owner starts making the Pao at 5 in the morning and the process takes up to 3 to 4 hours. That’s a lot of effort! Since it is handmade, the outer layer of the Pao may not seem attractive but the taste is really soft and the fillings are juicy and less oily!

The signature food of Sinki is their Deep Fried Fish with Chili Gravy and Deep Fried Fresh River Prawns which is created by the owner of the shop. For the Deep Fried Fish, you can choose the fish you want, either grouper fish or the red snapper fish. The prawns are also something very attractive as the prawns are thick and juicy!

Another shop with good pao in Dengkil is at Restaurant IUI. There is some unique flavour of Pao here. There is the yam and pumpkin Pau, Dried vegetable Pau and Hai Nan You Tiao. The skill of making the pau by the owner is all from his father-in-law, then, he then shared his skills to his children to continue the business of this shop. Other than pau, they have the curry chicken and Hakka fried abacus!

This stall is by the roadside nearby the morning market of Dengkil. It has been opened for 30 years already. Most of the people at Dengkil have eaten their Chee Cheong Fun since a kid. The Chee Cheong Fun here can be either in round or flat shapes and can be eaten with many ingredients like dried tofu, white tofu and fish cakes. The sauce made them is the truest and purest as there is no tapioca flour added as some of the places does have.
