The 86-year-old Yut Kee was temporarily closed starting on 11st Aug. The brand new “Yut Kee” will reopen at a red building just behind the old shop a few weeks later. Their version of Siu Yuk is special, because it is in round shape (just like Japanese Ramen’s Chashu) and stuffed with apricots, sage, and pistachios to make the meat more aromatic. What's more, the roasted meat is served with homemade apple sauce to enrich the taste. It is only available from Friday to Sunday.
