Almost every month you'll see some new stalls popping up, as the stalls' owners need to keep introducing new products to attract young customers.

1. Foggy Ice Cream
This ice cream stall in Taman Connaught has successfully grabbed the attention of dessert lovers with their foggy ice cream topped with colorful cotton candies. Their signature “Beyond Cream” ice cream is topped with 3 layers of cotton candy with different colors. So sweet and colorful!2. Taiyaki Ice Cream
This Taiyaki dessert has become a hit recently at Taman Connaught Pasar Malam. It combines traditional Japanese taiyaki dessert with ice cream. The fish-shaped Taiyaki is freshly baked on the spot and topped with a scoop of ice cream, so that customers can enjoy the sensations of hot and cold.3. Boon's Crispy Siu Yuk
A small stall operated by the same owner of Boon Signature Recipe restaurant at Kota Damansara. At this stall, they only sell their signature British style Siu Yuk, which is marinated with more than 10 different spices to reduce the pork’s pungent smell. Also the surface of the pork is cut into a shape like a net to make the texture crispier. Try it once, and you’ll surely come back for more!4. BBQ Oyster & Squid
This stall at Taman Connaught Pasar Malam sells both Taiwanese style BBQ oysters and squids. After placing an order, they will barbecue the fresh oysters on a special stove. You can choose to add toppings, such as garlic and chili paste, to enhance the taste. BBQ squids, on the other hand, are prepared using large sized squids and barbecued until the squids are fragrant and chewy.5. Macaron Ice Cream
Originated from Korea, Macaron Ice Cream has recently become a very popular ice cream dessert in Klang Valley. Negative Celsius based in Setapak is the first mobile truck that introduces macaron ice cream in KL. The dessert is quickly “duplicated” by some of the vendors at Taman Connaught night market. Apart from the normal macoron ice cream, they also offer a giant version of macaron ice cream that is double the size of the normal version.6. Blood Soda Juice
Have you ever tried sucking soda juice from a blood bag? Try it this stall at Taman Connaught offering 4 different flavors of blood soda juice, including plum, mango, peach and champagne.
