I simply love food with black pepper sauce, so when i spotted the Rice with black pepper pork on the menu of restoran hong guan, i knew i had to order it. it was simply so delicious. their pork is simply so tender, not tough at all. the black pepper sauce was not too spicy. it just added some hotness to the dish. when eaten with rice, it was simply delicious. i was really satisfied.
