Terms & Conditions (Every Day is Mother’s Day Contest):

  1. OpenRice Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is the organizer of "Every Day is Mother’s Day" contest.
  2. Employees of OpenRice Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. or anyone else connected in any way with the contest shall not be permitted to win the prizes of the contest.
  3. Participation of the contest is via OpenRice Malaysia Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/OpenRiceMY)
  4. The organiser reserves the right, at any time and from time to time without any liability whatsoever, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the contest, with or without prior notice to participants.
  5. The opening and closing of the contest is from 26th April 2016 till 19th May 2016, last entry to be submitted is 19th April 2016, 11.59PM (GMT +8).
  6. The contest instruction will be changed weekly and participants would need to follow the steps as per the contest of the week.
  7. This campaign is only open to individuals residing in Malaysia.
  8. Participants who participate with multiple user accounts will be disqualified.
  9. All contents submitted to the “Every Day is Mother’s Day’’ contest must be original and not violate any copyright, proprietary, or other governing laws.
  10. All contest entry must be in accordance to the instructions.
  11. The organiser's decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability; the organiser in its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right to substitute a prize of like or equal value without prior notice.
  13. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 30 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 15 days of notification, the organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
  14. At their own risks, winning participants can choose to have prizes mailed to the address specified in their member’s account or email. However, OpenRice reserves the right to request prizes be collected at its office if necessary.
  15. OpenRice must not be held liable for any possible damage or loss of prizes once they have been mailed out or collected.
  16. The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by Malaysian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
  17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Malaysia data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  18. Entry into the contest will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
