这里这道香脆烤猪肋骨,是这里非常值得推荐的招牌下酒菜,香脆的猪肋骨,皮脆肉软,在肋骨的猪肉烤得时间刚刚好,没有流失猪肉的肉汁,再淋上这里特制辣酱,就色香味俱全了。

这里的厨师选用的是新鲜的西朗牛肉,先将没有经过任何腌制牛扒直接下火炉烧烤,为了就是吃出牛肉的原汁原味,五分熟的牛肉一刀切开呈粉红色的牛肉就是最佳的享受了,而且伴碟还有自制的烧烤酱配搭。

这里这道嫩炒蘑菇片,师傅都是采用了新鲜的大颗的蘑菇切片然后加入各种香料嫩炒至香,大片的蘑菇口感类似鲍鱼而且十分清新,浓郁香料的滋味非常享受,令整个口腔清新舒爽,味道不错。

这里这道凯撒萨拉,师傅都是采用了新鲜的时令蔬菜切丝,还撒上浓浓香味的芝士粉和咸咸的猪肉培肯粒,猪肉培肯的味道会比较浓郁,但蔬菜十分清新口感非常好,清清的滋味非常享受,令整个口腔清新舒爽。

这道烤熏鸭肉,因为法国人爱吃鸭肉而且喜欢吃鸭胸肉,厨师将新鲜的鸭胸肉腌制在慢慢煎烤熟后,鸭皮厚薄适中而且鸭肉也很柔嫩,配合伴碟的蘑菇鸭肉派,皮脆肉酥和蘑菇的清爽非常好吃。
