Starbucks has recently featured their limited-time only frappuicinos, i.e the Roasted Marshmallow S'mores Frappucino and Key Lime Pie Frappucinoo.

I have decided to give the Roasted Marshmallow S'mores Frappucino (RM 19) a try since it has been a while since I have bought myself a Frappucino. I have high expectation on this frappucino as it is priced a way higher price as compared to their frappucino. Unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectation. Instead, it was horrible.

As frappucino as usually served cold, this is served warm? huffy  If so, must well I order myself a cup of hot coffee right! The only thing I enjoyed sipping is the choocolate on the side of the cup, even that, they gave quite little.

I geniunely regretted my purchase.  yuk upset

Promotion Cry May 29, 2016

First time trying Gong Cha due to its 5th Anniversary promotion - all regular drinks are priced at RM5 every Friday in May in conjuction of its anniversary celebration.

As I have always been a fan of Chocolate Oreo drink in Chatime, I thought of trying something familiar in Gong Cha. Hence, I chose the Mocha with Oreo Crumbs. It was so so different as compared to the one in Chatime. Reason being, the one in Chatime is ice blended whereas this is just liquid.

That wasn't the only difference. The drink I ordered in Gong Cha doesn't taste like Mocha at all, it tasted like 3 in 1 coffee sachets. I'm quite dissapointed with it.

IF I ever come back, I would probably try their tea series instead since my friend enjoy her milk tea.

Con? Cry Mar 31, 2016

Categories : Japanese | Restaurant | Seafood | Ramen/Udon/Soba | Private Party

Decided to come here for tea time as we saw the flyer stating its Buy 1 Free 1 promotion from 3pm-6pm. According to this flyer, the promotion is only applicable to the red plates, and its limited to 5 free plates only. Each red plate costs RM 4.99.

We ate a few plates, namely the Assorted Mochi, Salmon Mentai, Mini Ebi Tempura and Futo Maki and Fried Tori.

Mochi is yummy as usual, we ordered two plates and managed to eat a few flavours such as black sesame, peanuts, pandan and red beans. Black sesame is the best among all this flavours that we have tried.

As for the Salmon Mentai, I feel that the Salmon slice on it is too thin as I can barely taste it. All I can taste was the mayonnaise sauce.

They weren't kidding when they say Mini Ebi Tempura, the tempura was indeed tiny!

There was not much difference on the Futo Maki. The taste was as usual.

Fried Tori is bite sized fried chicken. The fried tori that we gotten was cold, it tasted like overnight KFC. It will probably taste better when its still warm or hot, but for now, its horrible.

So, we ate a total of 6 red plates (expecting 3 plates to be free). However, when we went to the cashier, we were charged at original price! The cahsier claimed that the promotion is over. If the promotion is over, why is there still flyers on the promotion?!

In short, I'm so disspointed with the service and the food here.

Tea? Cry Mar 23, 2016

Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Dim sum | Sweets/Snack

Drove past here today and realised that the restaurant is still open! So, i thought of grabbing some dim sum for snacks. I wanted Chee Cheong Fun, but due to the time, its no longer available. Hence, I opt for the Lok Bak Gou since its still available.

It cost RM 5 for two pieces. Anyway, the dish taste normal but it would be more tasty and delicious if it was heat up. In other word, they served cold food which I personally feel is a big no no for food especially for dim sum.

Thus, I wouln't suggest to come here for tea, unless you're okay with cold dim sum.

Waited forever -.- Cry Mar 21, 2016

Categories : Western variety | Restaurant | Pizza/Pasta | Halal

I know I came here during lunch hour, but it doesn't really justify why I waited so long for 2 personal pizzas when the restaurant its quite empty! I'm super dissatisfied with my visit here.

I ordered Tropical Crab Personal Pizza (RM 6.90) and add-on a bowl of mushroom soup for RM 1. The tropical crab personal pizza is one of the few 'Awesome Loaded' pizza. When I requested to ordered it, the cashier weren't sure what I was talking about; I think he wasn't aware that such pizza actually existed. He had to call the manager to attend to me. Anyway, when the manager came, I managed to order the Tropical Crab Personal Pizza and add on the mushroom soup. The tropical crab personal pizza was quite tasty but the mushroom soup was a total dissapointment! They didn't even gave me a 3 quarter full bowl of mushroom soup, it was only half full.

Besides that, I also ordered Tropical Chicken Personal Pizza (RM 11.50). I had no problem ordering this pizza as it was one of the 'Family Favourite' pizza. This pizza was OK; the ingredients was just right; not too cheesy nor too much sauce.

After this rather awful experience here, I don't think so I would ever come back this branch anytime soon.
