Warisan cafe OK Apr 28, 2016

Categories : Malaysian variety | Hotel Dining | Noodles | Nasi Lemak

Strategically located at one of the busiest mall in town, Warisan cafe caters to the travellers and commuters on the go by packaging food in neat, easy-to-carry parcels.

This was the first time I visited the place, after a quick glance at the menu, I found that Nasi Kukus Ayam Goreng Berrempah seems to be their signature dish ,but the its quite pricey. And I realized that most tables order the Mee Kuah, so I decided to give it a try.

Tadaaa here’s the Mee Kuah Ketam! The noodle itself was just amazing. It was soft like cotton and silky smooth. Very authentic taste! Totally worth a try to experience the delight.
Just sharing some good news other than foods, their wifi is super-duper good. Overall, it was an enjoyable lunch. Authentic, reasonably priced and heavenly tasting!

Yesterday  OK Apr 28, 2016

It came as a pleasant surprise that another commendable café has sprouted up at the SS15 neighborhood of Subang Jaya. Yesterday Café, an English Japanese café which is situated in the ss15 courtyard, previously known as First Subang.
Like most cafes, Yesterday practices the self-service culture where patrons have to make their order & payment at the counter.

Give your day a little boost with their signature Melting moment, I forgot to ask what coffee are they actually served, but they do give choices of ice-cream though. Nothing special to shout about except its Instagram-worthy .

Some hot cappuccino to kick start the day.

Smoked duck kamoglio , be forewarned that its tastes a bit spicy.

Their egg benedict though, was more like a vegetarian alternative for me. Didn’t really enjoy that.

Overall this cafe is simple and the environment is nice enough for us. Worth going again and try other dishes.

Myburgerlab OK Apr 28, 2016

Categories : Western variety | Café | Burgers / Sandwiches

If you were craving for delicious burger in town, MyBurgerLab should be the first that came into your mind. Recently, they introduce the new Ultraman Burger. I've always wanted to see what the craze on myburgelab all about was.

Utraman Burger aka Salted Egg Yolk Burger, like the name suggests, the chicken thighs are coated in a salted egg yolk batter. Just like my friends, when the first time we laid my eyes on it, we were expecting some egg yolk custard to flow out since they named it as salted egg yolk. But well nothing flows out but still the burger is as juicy as it gets.

Just some head up if you are not a big eater, the burger itself is filling enough for you, think twice before you add on the fries. It can be pricey for some, yes, but overall the quality speaks for itself

Doi Chaang OK Apr 28, 2016

Categories : Western variety | Café

Doi Chaang Coffee, one of the specialty coffee joints which carry Thai roasted coffee in Malaysia. Their coffee beans are from Thailand which made them different from other cafes. Please do note that this coffee shop is located at the ground floor same row as Starbucks SS15, facing the famous Asia Café.

Cosy and quiet ambience is their concept. Fancy a cup of fizzy coffee? The specialty that they have in their cafe is Doi Chaang Signature, comes with both hot and iced. I would say it’s more like an Iced Latte to me, but it’s very refreshing!

The do have smoking area in front and behind the café.

Doi Chaang is situated in the relatively busy area in SS15 here all the college students frequent at, this little cafe was always crowded especially afternoon. A good place where you need to get some work done!

Jeneris by AhRen OK Apr 27, 2016

Ever wonder to have a cup of fizzy coffee in hustle and bustle of KL Sentral ? Aiming to whip up a robust appetite among shoppers/tourists , Jeneris by Ahren has sprouted up near the entrance of Nu Sentral coming from KL Sentral.

Plenty much of seats in the café, but I wouldn’t say it’s a very comfortable place to relax as it’s always very crowded. Price of the coffee was much similar like the other cafes in town , but what really caught my attention was some of their signature drinks such as Yin Yong Café Latte and Salted Caramel Cafe Latte.

Salted Caramel Cafe Latte, a perfect combination of sweetness and salty that was just nice for my liking.Well personally i dont really like their coffee cup design.

Didn’t really have much time to try on their foods as I was in a rush, but overall it’s a good place to stop by for a coffee break.
