Salute Dining & Wine Smile Jun 29, 2016
Categories : Italian | Restaurant | Pizza/Pasta

Salute Dining& Wine, strategically locating in front of Asia Café ss15, the restaurant tends to get busier in the afternoon when students from the nearby Inti and Taylor's college drop by to have lunch. Judging from the name of the restaurant, it gives a false impression that it somewhat looked rather expensive. After we actually visited a few times here, this Italian restaurant is actually more budget-like than ever. To be honest, its considered as one of the most chilling restaurant served foods with reasonable place in a student area like SS15.

Just like any other restaurant, Salute wine&dining offers lunch promotion, comes with choices of various spaghetti aglio olio seafood, beef bacon in spicy, linguine pesto with broccoli& potato etc. Every lunch promotion started at RM12.50 comes with free coke/ lemon tea.

The portion is really big, the food is so so, but judging from the price I will still say go for it.
The restaurant is quite spacious, it is suitable for larger groups of people like students or family gathering! Recommended for an economic yet romantic night out.

Ooi Noodle House Smile May 31, 2016

Speaking of the famous pork noodle in SS15, I guess the first thing that comes to mind will be long queue long queue! No jokes on that, even if it’s not peak lunch hour, it still takes you roughly 20 mins waiting time! Not many people know about that but the name is actually OOi Noodle House, but regular customers will just call it Zhu Yok Fen. For those who new to it, it is advisable to ask the helpers there about the waiting time before you want to order.

There is only reason why this stall is always crowded! Literally the best pork noodle I have ever tried! I do not consider myself is a patient person, especially when it comes to foods. My kind of concept will be food is everywhere, why waste your time on waiting? But this pork noodle really changes my mind set ,it’s not worth to die for but its worth your time!

Lim Fried Chicken Smile May 27, 2016

Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Halal | Nasi Lemak

Anyone who has tried Lim Fried Chicken before can never resist to go back for their crispy chicken again! Rising to be one of the hot lunch spot for students, Lim Fried Chicken is located at one of the ever busiest stretch in SS15, be forewarned that finding parking here can drive you crazy.

Perfectly crispy and still hot while serving. Their chicken is serving in large chunkier pieces, instead of cutting it into smaller pieces. You can opt to have your chicken with vege/ egg. If you were not their chicken lover, which is rare to see, there are other choices like sotong or mutton as well.

The price is quite reasonable, judging from the portion. If you are not a big eater, one dish is definitely enough to share for two persons. Lim Fried Chicken proves you delicious foods do come in good price!

bean brother Smile May 21, 2016

Bean Brother, a Korean operated café, located at a secluded street in Sunway Damansara. The café is hidden among the warehouse areas, but you can always reach it with Waze.
The first impression of the café to me is SPACIOUS. The café is probably the largest café I have ever visited. From what I heard from the staff the café is actually renovated from a two-level warehouse.

The coffee is simply good. Rest assured they took the coffee seriously. Probably the best one in town so far. And their art is different from others, not your ordinary coffee art. They do have a kitchen but I don’t know what the main course is tho. Not really into their meals. But I did try their cookies as well. Worth to try!
It was 9 pm when I reached the café, be aware that their last call is 930. I saw a lot of students with their laptops on in the café. Ever wonder why would someone drive all the way to Bean Brother just for studying? Probably because of the extremely spacious seating they have haha! The only downside here would be you actually have to pick up your own coffee at the counter.

Wondering where to wander in Mont Kiara? Well let’s kick start your day with Wanderlust Café! The concept is simple and cosy ,with a glittering glass bottle chandelier as a centrepiece.

Thumbs up to their nice service! Very helpful staff they have!
Nothing much to complain about the burger. Nothing much to shout about as well.

Yes it’s a whole chicken! I really love the way they presented the knife haha! But overall the chicken tasted a bit dry.

The coffee was good, just like my sweetness. But why they served the iced drinks in such a small cup ?
They served pretty nice desserts too, but too bad we are too full for that, will definitely come back for that next time!
