Shrimp Bruschetta

 
There were shrimps on a slice of baguette. It was very creative and I liked this because the prawns were succulent and juicy. But I'd prefer it if the baguette was tasted because there was absolutely no crisp in it. The salad and tomatoes is a good add on to the dish since they complimented it well.

Fried Button Mushrooms.

 
I'm usually a big fan of mushrooms but this was disappointing indeed. The mushroom taste was there but the batter was too thick. All there was is the greasy aftertaste and the rancid oil smell which I hated.

The dip was not too bad though, but it didn't help much with improving the flavour of this dish.

Grilled Fish

 
The fish was covered with breadcrumbs and reminded me of fish and chips. However, the fish meat was too soft and I didn't liked it very much. It was well seasoned though, it's probably that they didn't fry it long enough.

I've never been a big fan of dory fish anyway, so the fish was a big no-no for me. You could try it, but do sprinkle some lemon juice on it.

I don't even know what kind of idea this is. Mixing sashimi with some random concoction in a martini glass. Yes, the idea is good but to be honest, it doesn't taste very good. The sauce was overpowering the real taste of sashimi and it is palatable.

The sashimi feels soggy and i didn't really like it. Ended up giving the whole dish to others.

Japanese 'Birthday Cake'

 
I tried this and thought that the sauce had that tangy feel to it. It was packed with rice and it was a bit tasteless for me. Not much filling, and I don't even know why they named it a cake. It looks nothing like a cake. The gg on top was fluffy and soft but i'd prefer if there was more filling.

To be honest, it looks good but it doesn't taste good to me.
