Moussandra Mediterranean & Tapas Restaurant located on the second floor on a side street off Jalan Bukit Bintang. There are many choices of Italian, Spanish, Greek and Mediterranean dishes offered on the menu.

We order some tapas as the appetizer and each tapas was perfectly prepared and very delicious! Owner of the restaurant was very welcoming and he even made some good suggestions to us.

Meet Fresh, originated from Taiwan have more than 100 outlets in Taiwan alone and now they are opening another new outlet at my favorite mall, Pavillion! Mr and Mrs Fu originated from Central Taiwan believe that the best way to preserve the traditional flavor of a desert is through traditional cooking.

Mr. and Mrs.Fu originated from Central Taiwan, the best way to preserve traditional taste of desert is cooking it in a traditional way. Their mythology of freshly made, cooked and served has made them one of Taiwan's most popular dessert shops with more than 100 stores and expanding. I ordered the Taro Balls series which includes Taro + Red Beans + Pearls. Unlike other taro balls which is too chewy, this one is just right and I can taste a big chunk of taro ball in my mouth which is good!

How can you visit a Vietnamese restaurant without ordering the spring rolls? It is a must have for me! In SA0 NAM Fine Vietnamese Cuisine, I ordered the Deep Fried Chicken Spring Rolls for RM18.00. It is basically fried minced chicken rolls with strips of carrot, yam, wood ear mushrooms delicately rolled in fine paper and deep fried to a golden crisp. The filings in these rolls are really compact and its not as crispy as the Chinese version of fried popiah. Given the options between the two versions, I’ll definitely go for the Vietnamese one.

For lunch, I ordered the Vietnamese Laksa @ RM18.00. The taste, the texture, everything, is very different from our Malaysian laksa. This Vietnamese laksa is a super-rich noodle laksa cooked with fragrant curry powder and dried shrimps. The sauce was sweet and very creamy. Lots of fresh prawns too. Very recommended.

It’s time for another food indulgence moment for me today. So I off to Angus House Japanese Charcoal Steak again.

Instead of ordering their signature steak, this time I opt for more US Cod Fish for RM 109. I am not disspointed. The cod fish was very fresh and grilled to perfection.

I am really satisfied with Angus House Japanese Charcoal Steak. The staff was very attentive and good. I am recommending this special place for you to bring your special one here!

Tai Soup.  Smile Jan 13, 2013

Categories : Japanese | Restaurant | Seafood | Group/Family dining

Mikan Japanese Cuisine & Bistro is located directly opposite Tune Hotel located on Jalan Sultan Ismail, this restaurant is definitely very easy to spot from the road.

I had Tai Soup which is a soup is a sweet soup cooked with the snapper inside. The Tai Soup is well made and with the clear noodles to accompany with it is indeed special. The clear noodles are alike udon but it is also slightly like glass noodles. The texture of the glass noodles are smooth and the snapper is fresh and we can taste the sweetness of the soup which is from the snapper.
