Meet Fresh Signature Herb Jelly Smile Dec 30, 2012

Categories : Taiwanese | Juices / Bubble Tea / Tea / Yogurt | Desserts

This is another good Taiwanese dessert stall compare to Snowflake. Its expanding throughout South East Asia and it's here in Malaysia now! I gonna say that Meet Fresh is one of my favourite ice dessert. Absolute value for money for the portion that customers get which cost only around RM6.50 per bowl.

Ingredients are made daily by hand, it must be handmade with the freshest and natural ingredients with no added preservatives. I tried the Meet Fresh Signature Herb Jelly which include black pearls, grass jelly and my favorite taro balls on top of a very finely shaved ice. Taste good especially on hot humid day

Classy & modern Decorated, with good emphasis on bringing the culture of Chinese. With a big Buddha statute at the center of the restaurant, and continuous flowing of water which symbolizes prosperity in Chinese Feng Shui, is the description that flowing through my mind when i step into this restaurant for the very first time.

Upon seated down we are greeted with an organized spoon, plate and cups all of which had the logo of the restaurant, the Paradise Dynasty. A restaurant operated by a Singaporean company, a taste of modern Chinese dining, look no further than this restaurant to witness the great decoration and presentation it offers.

Waiter service is great, upon seated down we are asked on whether we want tea or not, which we gladly accept and here we go, a hot cup of Chinese tea is for us to drink. Friendly and timely service, very welcoming indeed. Few pieces of ginger is placed on a sauce plate for us to use when we want to consume it together with the Ramen which we are about to order.

The bowl that is used, further enhances the feeling of modern Chinese dining experience. With all the Chinese word around the bowl, the selection of coloring on the bowl, reminds me of the antique bowl that is used during the Chinese dynasties.

The Ramen, which is prepared using hand and not machine, gives us a very good texture of the Mee. I can literally melted the Mee inside my mouth, the soup which is made out of their Signature pork bone, give you the sweetness of bone and there is no taste of MSG at all, so tasty that it makes me go for even more. Slice pork that is used, cut to the finest level and the aroma taste of the pork, give the best combination.

A soft york egg, is hidden inside the Ramen. A very well done one, with the hot temperature it still does not melt away into the soup, Kudos!

Flam’s Seafood Pasta Smile Jan 31, 2013   (Related Review)

I’m coming back to Flam’s again for more food tasting session with my other half. If you are into seafood and pasta, I recommend you to try Flam’s Seafood Pasta. Priced at RM26.80 a plate, the pasta comes with a variety seafood ingredient: fresh mussels, octopus, clams, squids, scallops and a tiger prawn. You can choose to have either Olio style of the Tomato base style. Personally, I prefer the olio style more so that the seafood taste won’t be over-powered by the tomato flavor. Overall, this dishes is really finger licking good!

Tacos Ensenada Smile Jan 13, 2013   (Related Review)

I'm coming back to Fresca Mexican Kitchen again at The Garden for some nice snack and booze with my friends! It's good to hang out with your favorite buddy after some tiring working day. I'm fall in love with their homey decor and bar design which makes me so comfortable and feel at home.

We start with some appetizers- the Botanas or what we called finger food. I had the Tacos Ensenada which is under chef's recommendation. The flour tortillas consists of beer battered fish and homemade coleslaw. The classic fish taco is origanated from Ensenada, Baja California. The combination was really perfect with the right amount of fish and coleslaw that comes together with this dishes.

After some nice food experience here in Spaghetti Grill, I'm coming back for more.

This time, I ordered the Seafood Pasta where the spaghetti is topped with mariara, bell peppers and mixed seafood which include prawns, squids, clam, mussels, and squid. It is being sprinkled with the parmesan cheese and served wih a slice of garlic toast. It is available with either Alfredo or marinara sauce so I choose the latter. The seafood are fresh and I simply fall in love with it too.
