Chicken Sandwich. My dining partner could not take beef, so his options for burger is limited. He has also tried the fish burger which was not nice, so he ordered this chicken sandwich. Same as previous burger, the presentation looked a bit poor. The chicken was dry and lacked of taste. The mayonnaise did not help much. There was very little lettuce in it. Poorly done.

Oxtail Stew. Before sending off the sister to overseas, we stopped by Theobroma for a light lunch. We ordered the oxtail stew. It came with two pieces of bread. These breads were tasteless although spreaded with butter. The oxtail stew was extremely sour and tomato-rish. My dad seldom doesn't finish his food but this one made an exception for him because it was too bad to finish it.

Garlic fried rice. When the garlic rice was served, the fragrant of garlic was not there, so somehow I expected it not to be good. Indeed, I took a scoop and the rice has no garlic taste at all. The rice was too moist for my liking and it was bland. The only garlic taste for this rice was the deep fried garlic piece on top of the rice and that was it. A total let down for this.

Cheese stick. The cheese stick was on promotion that night too, RM1.50 per piece. We bought it as well. The cheese stick was cold. Upon the first bite, I felt dreaded to finish the whole piece because it tasted overnight to me. The cheese stick texture was not crispy and fluffy at all, it was soggy, tough and hard to bite off. The cheese taste was not strong either.

Ma Po Tofu. The ma po tofu took quite a while to arrive when we are always finishing the butter cream chicken. It came with no mo po smell, I only smell spring onions. The broth was not up to standard at all, it was bland and not spicy at all. The tofu is less than the broth. I don't like the broth at all, I prefer to simmer my rice with the butter cream. The tofu was soft and has a little bit of mushrooms.
