The duck was really really soft, smooth, tender and juicy as it was being braised for a long hours. Inside the duck was filled with many types of ingredients like some meat, chestnuts, mushrooms and lotus seeds. The skin of the duck was crispy somehow, I wondered how they can made this, AWESOME!!! The pork meat was deeply fried until they have crispy outer layer. The sweet and sour sauce was thick. The pork meat was stir fried for awhile along with sauce so that it will become softer and juicy. A very sourish sweet thick sauce of this dish was so appetizing.
