Chilli Crab
The crabs were very fresh. The crab meats tasted sweet. They were cooked with chilli sauce and chilli oil with some sugar added to balance the spiciness of the crabs. Eggs are also mixed well along with the sauce to give it a gravy feelings.

Sharkfin in Pumpkin Soup
An amazing and costly dish. Sharkfin soup cooked and then poured into pumpkins. The shark fin soup was cooked with brown vinegar. It was thick soup. Rich in pumpkins taste too. Tasted so sweet and hot. The sharkfins was thick but not thin.

Stir-Fried Yau Mak
The yau mak was fresh and crunchy. They were stir fried along with thick, light and starchy sauce and garlics. Some chinese wine (Siew heng Zao) was added in too. Healthy dish here.

Kung Pow Prawns
The prawns was fresh and they were deeply fried until they were very crispy and crunchy. The Kung Pow sauce was cokked dried on the surface of the prawns giving the prawns a shiny surface texture. Tastes great!!! Not so spicy and tasted a bit sweet too.
