The pork chop was crispy on the outside whereas the meat was tender, smooth and juicy. They were coated with a layer of sweet and sticky sauce.

This is the signature dish of this restaurant. The Xiao Lung Bao's skin was really thin that it will easi;y burst if you did not handle it with care. So, it is always important to use a spoon when you are taking the piece of the Xiao Lung Bao. The pork meat inside was filled some soup, the meat was tender and juicy.

The noodles was served in a sweet soup with many onions, half boiled eggs and raw beansprouts which are crunchy. The noodles are springy. Also there are some chewy meatballs inside the broth.Deep Fried Honey Pork
