The roti telur was really crispy. The curry fish sauce and Dhall curry provided are not so thick and gravy but they tasted strong in curry taste too. The eggs inside the roti telur was rich in butter taste too, I think they added some butter in the roti telur.Credits to: EVERYDAY FOOD I LOVE

This is a roti filled with mutton curry inside. You can see that it was thicker compared to the roti canai as the ineer layer was folled with many pieces of mutton and also minced mutton. The outer layer was very crispy and the inner layer was rich in curry mutton flavour which are tender and juicy. All time favourite dish since I was young, SWEET AND SOUR PORK (Gu Lou Yuk). The pork was fried deeply that it was so crunchy and crispy. The sauce was thick and the sauce was sticking on the surface of the pork. You will finished up this dish all along with the crunchy, crispy, sweet and sour pork. The pork will not soften because the sauce was sticking on the surface. Love This Very Much!!!

The sticky noodle was soft and smooth and of course STICKY! The brown sauce was thick, gravy and starchy. this dish was stir fried along with some fried pork oil (Chu Yao Za), vegetables, prawns and pork meat.

For me, lettuce need to be eaten in crunchy was but for kailan, I had always preferred to eat them in a soft texture. And Yew Kee did this, the kailan was stir fried with some light soy sauce, chinese wine (Siew Heng Zau) and also oyster sauce and the kailan was really soft and fresh.
