The fish was fresh and big. At first, the fish was steamed with just ginger and green onions. Then, the cooked for long period tomatoes soup which taste sourish and sweet was then poured into the fish. The fish flesh was pretty sweet especially when you drink a sip of the soup along with it.

The baby kailan was stir fried with some garlics, onions, oyster sauce and chinese wine (Siew Heng Zao). The baby kailan was soft and a bit crunchy as they were fresh vegetables.

As you can see from the photo, the chicken was really really soft, tender, smooth and juicy. The chicken was steamed along with a bit of chinese wine (Siew Heng Zao) and gingers. You can say this is just a very simple steamed chicken but it tasted really delightful

This dish was a combination of peas, chicken, button mushroom and mushrooms to cooked with the Tofu. The tofu was really smooth and soft. This dish was served with a sizzling hot steel plate. The brown sauce was thick and tasty. Yummy~ tofu

The crabs was fresh and big in size. The crab meats was definitely sweet. Tasted really delicious as it was fried along with salted eggs. A flavourful sandy feeling salted eggs crabs. Finger licking good too
