LUXURY MOONCAKE FROM LI YEN, RITZ DE CALTON

Li Yen is another place to dine for the delicious mooncakes. The mooncake from Li Yen which click to my mind is laways the Moet and Chandon Rose where it kills a lot of the mooncake lovers hearts.

And this year, Li Yen have a large variety of moonceks which includes the mini white lotus paste and even more. This year, they come out with 10 types of baked mooncakes and 4 mini snow skin flavours.

 
If you love to get their luxury mooncake, give try to the the Moet and Chandon Champagne Mini Ping Pei or Moet and Chandon Rose Imperial Champagne Mini Ping Pei. For this round, besides the Moet and Chandon Rose Imperial Champagne Mini Ping Pei, we grab the taste of their mooncakes which touches my hearts.

I love the Mini White Lotus Paste where the lotus mooncakes is just melts in the mouth with the smooth texture. It is just a nice petite taste which is just lovely and delicious. I just love the petite size of the mooncake which is not too heavy.

Dynasty Restaurant is a place for lovely dim sum and chinese cuisine. The restaurant is impressing me when I first walk in where the interior is simply beautiful and the place is elegantly designed as well. The early Saturday morning is really lovely with the pipping hot dim sum in front of me. We are being served with the menu and there is a variety over 30 types of dim sums to choose.

 

 
Looking at the menu, everything looks delicious and appetizing which I would love to have them all. There is a variety of the temptating and freshly made dim sum which is lovely made.Steamed Mini Beijing Dumpling, where the dumpling is where the dumplings are being wrapped with fresh vegetables and if you are a vegetable lovers, you will be a definate to fall in love with it. The ingredients are fresh and with a bite, the taste is heavenly which is full of the taste of vegetables.

Pan Fried Beancurd Skin Roll Filled with Cheese is something special as well. The scrumptious juicy dim sum which is combination of fish ball meat and the minced prawn is really lovely. It's then deep fried till golden brown and topped with the decent lovely sauce which makes the whole dish amazing. I love the crunchy taste of the dim sum and the overall combination of the dim sum is well made.

The famous HK Dessert chain Hui Lau Shan are in town to serves mango lovers in town. Hui Lau Shan is one of the award winning desserts in Hong Kong and the dessert shop can be found in Hong Kong and it is a one of the "must" eats when you are in Hong Kong.

 
Sweet bites lovers and mango lover will be definite to fall in love with it. Once bite you will love them so much. The Mango Mochi is not sticky to my teeth but it also had a little jewel in the mochi itself. The little golden mango which had touch my heard can be tasted with the bite to the middle and with the shredded coconut covers to mango had made the overall delights even more temptating. The whole mochi brings me to the delicious creamy mango taste .

Steamed Canadian Black Cod Fish with “Yu Feng” Ginger Sauce(加拿大银鳕鱼清蒸渝风酥姜风味)is where the thick cur of the succulent black cod fish is very fresha and it is being steamed and topped with the "Yu Feng" ginger mix on top. The dish is much recomended and I am being a fish lover, it is one of my favorites where the fresh fish fillet is well steamed and the texture is juicy, smooth and flaky texture. I would say it is easily eaten where there is no bones and each mouthful is really lovely and great.

After the appetizers, we had the Soup delights next. Double Boiled Village Chicken with “Chong Cao Hua” (Cordyceps) Soup (虫草花清炖土鸡) is very rich with the nutrients . The healthy soup is making me felt the taste back at home and the soup is full of the taste of cordyceps. If you are a cordyceps lovers, it would be your favorite and the herbal taste of the soup is quite strong.
