Is a new style of chocken rice and I am coming again for the chicky meal at the NEW RESTAURANT IPOH CHICKEN RICE 1977.The restaurant which i went is located at Mid Valley or to say The Gardens which is one of the branches.

The food here is designed alike Bento style like having in a Japanese Restaurant with chinese Cuisine. What an attractive combination. Basically, the shop is not too clean I can say and the staff service is simply disappointing.

We tried to clarify on the food we would like to order but they seems to refuse to answer me. Gosh, I am pretty angry on this. Aside, they seems to hurry your order and make it fast where i could no hae time to glance through the menu. So, lets see hat had we ordered.

I had ordered a roast Chicken Bento which is not much delighting, The chicken was skinny and there is not much meat. Aside, the chicken is not really fresh as well which brought me to a disappointment.

Isenbin Cry Jan 30, 2012

Categories : Taiwanese | Restaurant | Ice Cream / Froyo / Gelato

This round we are going for Isenbin. Isenbin is a place for dessert located in SS2. Hmm.. looks like SS2 have plenty of dessert shops blooming like UFO, Ice Bowl and now there goes another one which is Isenbin. Isenbin is located the same row as Eu Yan Sang and its just next to Starbucks. The restaurant is alike Snowflakes and they also have variety of choices to be chosen.

Isenbin Signature Dauhua is one of their signature item in the shop. Their signature Dauhua is served with a large portion. What’s the ingredient It comes with dauhua, flavoured shaved ice, pearl, matcha, sweet potato and yam flavour oee and baby oee. Overall the desserts is not really above par where the dauhua is not smooth enough. The shave ice is also not smooth as well which is not my favorite of all.

Esquire Kitchen  Cry Jan 13, 2012
Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Noodles | Private Party

Well known for its affordable and authentic Shanghainese and Szechuan home style cuisine, Esquire Kitchen is one of them. The restaurant has many outlets in Klang Valley. This time, I had been to the one located in Mid Valley for a tea time break. The service was quite slow which I can say. Ordering the food is not much but a set of siew long pau and some drinks.

The service was not in par as well. The waitress is not really polite and there the serving of the meal is slow. We waited the meal for nearly half an hour for just a plate of the siew long pau.

The siew long pau is totally dissatisfying. The siew long pay is not delighting and the skin of the siew long pau is simply sticky. The taste is weird and more like siew mai or wanton rather than siew long pau.

Super papa pizza  Cry Jan 12, 2012
Categories : Western variety | Restaurant | Pizza/Pasta | Halal

Papa John’s is the third largest pizza company in the world. It started the first outlet in Indiana United States back in 1985. Today, Papa John’s has grown to more than 3,300 restaurants worldwide in over 30 countries. In China alone, Papa John’s has built over 100 restaurants. In addition, Papa John’s is also present in Korea, India, and the Middle East including UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia.

“Better Ingredients, Better Pizza” has always been Papa John’s tag line. But, unfortunately, I have a bad experience in one of the outlet in Times Square. We had made an order on the pizza but we waited for nearly half an hour for them. Aside, they had made the wrong pizza. The service is really below par and we really regret going to the outlet.

Super papa pizza is highly recommended as it a classic combination of Beef Pepperoni, Italian Beef Sausage, Chicken Roll, Fresh Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Onions and Black Olives. We ordered the 9" original pizza. The pizza taste is nice and quality is really good.
