Please expect long-queue and no parking visiting this place.I'm not gonna talk about how delicious and blissful to be Ipohan, growing up with all these yummy dishes. I'm not gonna talk about how yummy is the food here, but I'm gonna tell you, one very special dish at here is the "Sha Got", where you can only find this in Ipoh.Basically is a Fried Turnip, mixed with some fish meat, make this one-of-a-kind dish that makes this place so famous with.Big, Yummy, Fresh, one could never resist more! continue reading

喜欢到怡保觅食的朋友,对于兵如港忠记大树脚应该都不会陌生。我常常把这里的店名记成“大树头”,总觉得“大树脚”这名字特别拗口的。隔了几年再回到这里,印像中的大树脚下的原址已经换成另一家了,还好树下放了个很醒目的指示牌,说明兵如港忠记大树脚炸料粉已经搬到隔壁去了。我们跟着指示牌走到旁边的大排档,这里的规模很大,除了招牌的炸酿料,还有很多其他的美食摊。排得密密麻麻的桌椅,还是没办法满足慕名而来的食客,尤其是周末的时候,找位子真的是非常艰难的事。找到位子之后,我们立刻冲到卖炸酿料的档口,小小的档口摆放着炸好的酿料,让顾客自行挑选后再配上粉面,这就是所谓的炸料粉啦!这里的炸酿料虽然不是现点现炸,但是人流很多,所有炸酿料都是新鲜炸好放出来后,一下子就被拿光了。炸酿料 - 每件 RM0.80在怡保当然要尝尝这里的河粉。口感非常的滑,汤头也很鲜甜,赞!炸酿料里面酿了一大片的鱼肉,新鲜弹牙,而且价格很便宜,我吃三个配上河粉就饱了。来到这里的话也千万不要忘了点他们的红豆冰,虽然制作和等待的时间很长,但是绝对是值得的! continue reading

Hailing all the way to another food venture is indeed to try the yong tau fu here. Dai Shu Geok Ipoh Famous Yong Tau Fu is famous for its lovely yong tau fu which is well priced- in means of reasonably priced in their menu. A lot of choices of yong tau fu can be find here which is huge and filled with plenty of meat. It is worth for the penny you payed to get the large portion of it but don expect too high where the ytf is quite meaty to me. continue reading
