这碗东炎汤是向砂煲鸡饭摊档旁边的“泰国餐”摊档叫的。由于叫了烧腊鸡和叉烧饭，所以我们在叫东炎汤时，只要求汤不要白饭。东炎汤端上来后，摊主没有要折扣的意思，还是照收原价RM6。东炎汤汤头的酸味足够。不同于一般的东炎汤，喝起它的每一口除了喝到酸味以外，还伴随着浓郁的椰浆味。东炎汤里面的海鲜料有小卷、鱿鱼、鱼片、鱼丸和虾子。海鲜料都给得比较小只，尤其虾子更甚。无论如何，用来熬煮东炎汤以增加其酸香味的香料和材料都没少，可看到汤里面放了香茅、麻疯柑叶、姜片、大葱片、番茄片和辣椒等。东炎汤本来就是属于重口味的。而这碗椰浆东炎汤喝起来，味道还不赖。只是就个人而言，我还是比较喜欢不加椰浆的东炎汤。

I was curious to find why a pancake store would sell so well and when I went to order, straightaway, I knew why. I was baffled by the choices that they have offered. There's a variety of choices that includes peanut, peanut butter, kaya, chocolate, jagung, brown sugar, sausages and many more. Personally, love the crispy peanut version. I have only tried crispy peanut, chocolate and brown sugar version.

Super tanker food court is a major food court serving various hawker style foods in Lip Sin Garden, Penang. There is enormous selection of hawker food available here but there isn't any that can be considered particularly outstanding. This stall sells popiah.PopiahThis popiah tastes alright. It uses fresh popiah skin to wrap the fillings. The fillings of this popiah include shredded carrot, cucumber, sa kok, onions and other vegetables. It is eaten with chilli sauce to give it extra kick.

Hokkien MeeComes to the most signature fare of every Penang tourist shouldn’t have missed, Hokkien Mee. I usually would ask for a mixture of noodles and also the vermicelli. This way of eating the noodle gives me a better texture. Also, I would request the soup base for my bowl of mee to be also a mixture of thick and the dilute soups, a.k.a, ‘loh’ add with prawn soup. The former having a much thicker brownish texture while the latter is totally the opposite. But it is nice and sweet as it has been boiled with the prawns shells for decent hours to get the gist out of it. So when enjoying this way, you get to savour a scrumptious bowl of prawn noodles
