This time around we went for lunch instead. As usual, it is already packed and full house by the time we reached about 1.30 in the afternoon. Instead of thai dishes and rice, one can actually opt for their ala carte which is only served during lunch time. On average, the ala carte costs about less than RM 20 per servings. But mostly it consists of a variety of noodles, from seafood noodles, thai spicy noodles with pork and a few more other choices. As for rice, they have only two options which is the stewed pork leg with rice and the green curry chicken with rice.
This time around I had the green curry chicken with rice. The portion is just nice, not too small nor too big either. Taste wise, it was a bit bland though, compared to the green curry chicken we had in Absolute Thai. The curry is not spicy at all, and the gravy was rather watery. The chicken meats were tender but nothing great to shout about.
And of course we had their signature house drinks in a jug (RM 18). As usual, it is refreshing with the crushed mint leaves and pandan water. Nevertheless, we still enjoy our meal here as always.
