The pork set comes quite similar to what i had experience with the chicken set, it served with one soup (or i rather call it Ajinomoto soup) a crunchy spring roll, a cold and spicy salad, a cold and overcooked fried egg, a bowl of white rice and of course the pork. It is a typical steamed pork to me, and it is very oily because it serve with the fat tissue, having too much of it make me lose the appetite to eat it further, i cannot finish this dish....i only take the meat and left over the fat....didn't really ate much here. But i heard the real "essence" is here with the fat though
It comes together with a soup, a marinated grill chicken, spring roll, salad, an egg, a small bowl of sweet & sour sauce and a bowl of rice. The soup, tasted like they have placed so many Ajinomoto on it that it makes me thirsty after drinking it for few swap. The spring roll are fine, crunchy and tasty, it taste better if dip inside the sweet & sour sauce. Salad are quite good too, cold and spicy, in fact it tasted like a Kimchi. The fried egg is cool and overcooked, too hard and is not an enjoyable egg moment rice is not overcooked though, so at least i can have my chicken with the rice without having "sticky" rice in my mouth. The marinated chicken is indeed good, very flavorful with sweet marination sauce, squeezing the lemon help to bring some sour taste and indeed balance up the taste between sweet & sour, a good one
Vietnam fried noodle. The fried noodles were covered with the ingredients such as broccoli, capsicum, chicken slices, prawns, squids and some Chinese mushrooms. The prawns and squids were fresh and succulent. The fried noodle was crunchy, while it mixed with the gravy, it has soften down and become springy. The gravy was bland and diluted. This whole dish was tasteless.
Dry Vemicelli with beef. It came with beef slices, cucumber, beansprout, and cabbage together with a small bowl of sauce. The mint leaves added some minty flavour in this dish. This version has a more lighter taste and all the ingredients were very fresh. Taken together with the special sauce, it has the omph. The vermicelli was soft and springy. The beef slices was thin and tender. The bean sprouts, cucumber and nuts added some crunchiness to the dish.

I order a Lemon Grass Chicken Set, which comes in a bento tray similar to the Japanese style. The salad is very appetizing, quite tangy and sourish in taste. The soup is, however, quite spiced up and peppery.
The main dish, lemon grass chicken is very aromatic upon serving. It has a crispy skin with tender meat inside. A zest of lime is good to soften the skin and infuse some sour flavours in it. The chicken is very well-seasoned, quite salty, but good to go with the rice.
This ciku drink is really rich and nice taste. If you like ciku, is definately a worth try. Hardly can get this from other restaurant.
This is another special drink, basil pasion. Really cool and special taste.
Quite a big bowl of Vermicelli with sliced chicken and spring roll, add in their sweet sour sauce - Nuoc Cham (fish sauce mix with lemon, garlic, vinegar, sugar and chilli). I like this vermicelli, it tastes a bit sour and sweet. The sliced chicken and spring roll is crunchy and taste nice as well. This Vermicelli is served with some sliced carrot, cucumber, vegetable and roasted peanut.This is a very appertizing dish and light.
This is clay fish set with a bowl of rice topped with egg, claypot fish, appetizer dish, spring roll and a bowl of soup. The claypot fish is fresh and really tasty, the sauce is nice to eat with rice as well. Just a simple ABC soup (Carrot, potato soup) but taste so nice and sweet. I think this soup sure cooked for few hours and we saw some fish flesh inside the soup no wonder it's so sweet and tasty. Spring roll is cruchy, the only thing is we can't accept the taste of the appetizer, it's a bit bitter and spicy.
He ordered himself a beef noodle soup. It came with some sides so you can add chilies and other sprinkles to add some flavor but the soup itself was very translucent and bland. One might like it, but to me it was just normal.
I ordered myself a cup of Vietnamese coffee, just like the one I had in Saigon Village, which I personally think it was better than Vietnam Kitchen.
This was my main, Mixed Meat, which was a cold platter. I regretted so much for ordering this . It was just not my cup of tea.
