I had the mixed fruit pavlova as my dessert on my visit to The Hill. The pavlova had a nice crunchy texture to it and melts in your mouth slowly. The fruits were kinda of tasteless as the cream and sugary pavlova overpowers the taste of the fruits. THe cream or mousse was kinda of fluffy but fattening to be consumed alone

The cod fish here more like a chinese cooking style. The fish meat is a little bit overcooked this time. The sauce is a bit sweet. The vegetables has a lot of garlic on it. So be careful when you eat it. You can try to minimize the garlic by sweeping it away. The potato wedges here is quite nice compare to the international chain. It is crispy. The skin is golden brown colour.

Pan fried salmon seems very special here. The presentation is very clean. Underneath of the salmon is vegetable. The taste of vegetable is quite fresh. The salmon taste a little bit salty but it taste really good. The salmon eggs on top are quite salty too. So maybe you need to eat it with other dish.

What I find amusing and unique about this dish is the use of alfalfa to decorate and enhance the taste of the pan fried salmon. Normally, you can only find alfalfa in organic shops as this plant is not widely used in malaysian cuisine. The alfalfa provides a refreshing finish to the oily texture of the salmon.

Cocktail of the house - watermelon slush (Smirnoff Vodka●Midori●Lychee Liqueur Watermelon)This cocktail actually is one of the most popular drinks at here. They have sold more than 10,000 up to date. It taste a bit alcohol but at the same time, you can taste watermelon too. So after you finished the whole drinks, you can use spoon to scoop out the watermelon and enjoy it.

Cheese Cake on Flambeed CherriesRevisited this restaurant again. This time ordered the dessert of the day which is Cheese Cake on Flambeed Cherries. Will ignore about the main dish I ate that day. Because I feel that the dessert is the real bomb for me.The Cheese cake I normally eat outside is too hard to cut off. However at here, the hardness is just nice and the texture I would say the best I've eaten so far. The oat at base blends well with the cheese. 3 big cherry as topping is a bonus.
