吃了这么多次点心,偶尔来个主菜嘛...这次点了个XO酱海鲜炒饭 (Chef Signature Seafood Fried Rice with Spicy X.O Sauce)重点是大厨推荐...不到一会儿,便闻到X.O 酱涌入与炒饭一起扑香的味道...翻了翻,里头有些鱿鱼与虾,放入口里,XO酱产生了它应有的味道,把一个相似普通的海鲜炒饭变得 不普通去.

重点是大厨推荐...

不到一会儿,便闻到X.O 酱涌入与炒饭一起扑香的味道...

翻了翻,里头有些鱿鱼与虾,放入口里,XO酱产生了它应有的味道,把一个相似普通的海鲜炒饭变得 不普通去.

点心中能够同叉烧包并排在第一位非属流沙包不可.看似普通包子的外观,但一咬下去,就会被那咸咸甜甜的汁给烫到,包子意外中的松软,感觉不像是批发商拿来的货色.这个包值得推荐.

这个绍兴花雕蒸明虾卖相让我失望了啦。因为里面的虾子一点都不吸引,看起来不够大,所以我宁愿厨师不要把虾子剪开了,剪开后因为肉不肥美的关系,肉质都不够挺。不过味道很香酒味,很下饭。

这里的蒸排骨虽然价钱不便宜,其实这里东西的价格也是算不便宜了。我不喜欢吃排骨的原因是我很怕迟到很硬肉都黏在骨头上的排骨。但是这个蒸到很软嫩,肉竟然也是很入味。这是非常然我意外的。

这里都是标榜健康至上的中式餐厅。对这里印象都不错因为朋友来了过后都给予不错的评价。点了这个白玉蒜香蒸石斑鱼片。其实味道也是普通因为都是蒜头姜丝一起把石斑片蒸煮。但是因为石斑够新鲜,把整个味道都带了出来。

黑蔗炖排骨汤,这碗汤味道好简单,不用任何调料喝起来都十分的甜,因为甜味都来自天然的黑蔗与红枣。里面的排骨还可以点酱油来吃呢,肉质虽然有点老。在炎日的马来西亚,非常的适合一家人饮用。因为这仲炖汤可以润肺和防感冒,还可以清毒解热。

I ordered the minced pork with pickled cabbage rice with add on RM1 for a free drink. Because the meat was placed on top of the rice, I didn't know where were the sauce. It was a bit salty on one part of the rice but not enough gravy on the other side. the skin looked a bit dry and oversteamed...
then i took a bite in...>.< nothing flowed out...
everything was too sticky...
i guess the custard was too much...
some people may like it, but i prefer the watery yet flavorful type

anyway, this particular dish i dont quite like...

Steam Room in Sunway Giza is i first time go there. I went to Steam Room have my dinner before but is at Viva Home! This time i try their fried carrot cake. Outside so crispy and the fillings have rich of the carrot taste. You will feel a little bit sweet! Another one i order for match my rice is a special steam fish! This fish match together with "toufu hua"! Toufu don't have strongly taste but match together with the fresh fish become delicious! The soy sauce let the fish saltly =)

Steam Room Restaurant is a Chinese Restaurant. You not only can eat the staple food at there. The dessert and "dim sum" also nice and have a good taste. I recommend a dessert that is lemongrass ice because this is so special for me! First time i find this type of ice, i don't know lemongrass also can make to a dessert~ This lemongrass ice serve with crushed mango, strawberry and grapefruit. These are a perfect match when mix together =)
