完整篇 :http://xiaomin29.blogspot.com/2013/12/gangnam-88-sunway-giza.htmlGangnam 88 其实很容易找,只要去到 Sunway Giza 的大们出口,抬头一望右手边就看到远在天边,近在眼前 Gangnam 88 了。放眼望去,眼尖或哈韩的朋友会看到少女时代壁纸。电视机也在播着韩国明星的MV。对不起,我不哈韩,所以别问我有什么韩国团体或者韩国明星,我只是负责吃韩国料理而已。LOL餐厅的空间真的很大,可以容下二十多座的客人。Kimchi Soup RM20看起来很小一锅,可是吃起来的分量刚刚好。我最爱的就是白豆腐,滑溜溜的。一口泡菜汤又一口白饭,很好吃,越喝越辣,很下饭。Stir Fried Spicy Pork RM33韩式炒猪肉,我觉得这到料理还好而已,我吃到只有很多辣椒酱炒猪肉而已,没有什么香味。不是很满意这一道主食。Doenjang Bumbuk RM20这道料理是马铃薯和猪肉炖在一锅里,可是也是辣,也不敢吃太多,拼命灌水。p/s : 灯光很不好,拍的朦朦的。相机没有Flash, 话说黄灯的餐厅真的很难拍到好的照片。整餐对我来说,这韩国料理,辣比香还来得多。其实我也是很期待韩国的白饭。可是这里的白饭却让我有点失望,没有我之前吃过韩国米饭的圆和香。韩式蒸蛋 Free用餐到一半,服务生突然捧上一碗韩式蒸蛋。这里的蒸蛋让我一直记得,因为多数的蒸蛋都是滑滑顺顺,可是他们的蒸蛋确实凹凹凸凸的,而且有一些烧焦味。我想他们蒸过水蛋后再用大火烧,把平凡无味的蒸蛋因焦焦的“锅巴”而好吃。Makgulri RM25看到其他座都有点一瓶米酒或烧酒,不如我们也尝尝。我们尝试点了韩国进口的月梅米酒。利用白米長期低溫發酵,酒精濃度6度,具有特殊柔順口感。可以感覺到在傳統濁酒裡的自然發酵碳酸,口感卓越,營養豐富。我很惊讶它的口味。第一入口时,酒的香味扑鼻而来,米酒甜甜蔓延整个嘴里,好喝。当他们呈上小碗时,我才恍然大悟韩国喝酒是用小碗。我们华人看到小碗,多数就是装饭或装汤,弄得我差一点把当成装饭了。LOLGangnam 88 @ Sunway Giza, Kota DamansaraFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/gangnam88.netWebsite : http://www.gangnam88.net/Address : B-9-1, Sunway Giza, Jalan PJU 5, Dataran Sunway, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, 47810Phone : Mr. Goh 012-320 0785 / 03-6151 6488 continue reading

The overall ambient at Gangnam 88 is good but the side dishes provide were very disappointing because the taste is not very authentic. I found the kimchi pancake is a must-ordered dishes as it is the best Korean pancake in town (among other Korean restaurant in PJ). They provide good service, friendly Korean owners and waiters/ waitresses. continue reading

Kimchi Jeon Coming up next is the staple snack of our Korean chingu. Korean pancake. This pajeon really comes with lots of Kimchi and we enjoy every bites of munching on the crisp preserved cabbage. It is nicely pan-fried and not too oily either. Masshisoyo! Beer ChickenEventually, the long-awaited fare arrived! This Beer Chicken is definitely one of its kinds to have been grilled with Tiger beer for about 45 minutes. No wonder there is a time gap with the other dishes, so best make a prior reservation before coming. As stunningly as this grilled fowl arrives with lots of Gangnam flags embedded, it is also nice to have the crew to help us debone the chicken for the ease of consuming it later on. Kamsahamnida oppa! The meat is deliciously grilled, with the juiciness of the chicken breast still intact. You get to whet your palate with some subtle water vapour of beer in the oven dish and there is also some light crispiness on the skin too. This dish also comes with big and juicy bean sprouts as well as some special dipping like salt-pepper with mustard. I do think the yellow sauce is a bit unexpected but soon figure out how to best enjoy it. The idea is to pair some chicken meat with the sprouts, then doused some mustard on it to savour satisfactorily. Else, you could just lightly dab the meat on the salt and pepper which is equivalently tasty too. In a nutshell, Gangnam 88 fits the idea of a cosy and casual place for hang outs and catch up with your buddies, together enjoying the a sumptuous array of Korean food. Thumbs up! continue reading
