一提起在 Publika 用餐，大家最先想到的就是高级餐厅和咖啡座吧～其实这里也有比较经济实惠的选择，Publika 的底层就有好几家提供价格大众化的小吃店，还有今天要推荐的“为食村”，只需十块钱上下就可以让你填饱肚子。。。好啦～十块钱在 Publika 来说算是很便宜了好吗～“为食村”是一个集合了全马各地出名美食的美食广场，有点类似 Lot 10 的“十胡同”。一眼看去，档口上全是熟口熟面响当当的名字，有大山脚芋头饭、冼都阿叶福建面等等。用餐区宽敞舒适，这一点我觉得比“十胡同”更为优胜。掌管每个档口的几乎都是外劳，这种情况都已经让我见怪不怪了，难得可以在这里一次过尝遍全马各地的美食，我就已经很感恩了。猪杂汤套餐 - RM11.60走遍全场，我觉得CP值最高的非大山脚芋头饭莫属。一份价格介于 RM10.60 - RM12.60 的套餐，里头包含了一碗芋头饭、一份主菜、卤蛋和卤豆腐，我们五人当中就有三人点了这个。先说他们的芋头饭，份量比大山脚的原店来得大，而且芋头也比较多，但是质感方面有点松散，如果可以煮得湿润一点会比较好。味道大致上还算满意。卤蛋和卤豆腐的卤汁不够浓，也不太够味，有点不够过瘾，不知道是不是我去的太早，卤的时间还不够呢？咸菜的猪杂汤我最喜欢，酸酸咸咸的很开胃，让人越喝越起劲。猪杂等等的配料也给得很多，不吃猪杂的朋友可以在点餐的时候说明不要内脏。Lobak 套餐 - RM10.60味道不过不失，这种炸得又香又脆的东西是很难失手的，而且小孩一定会喜欢！黄酒鸡套餐 - RM12.60有点意外他们的黄酒鸡做得还不错，米酒的味道带点甜，份量下得恰恰好，而且满满一碗的鸡肉块，给得很大方。Lorong Seratus Tahun 咖哩面 - RM9.90咖哩面最重要就是汤头，这里的比较重椰浆味，但是我觉得整体不够浓稠，咖哩汁就是要浓一点才可以沾在面条上啊~ 该不会又是时间太早，不够时间煮吧？Lorong Seratus Tahun 的原店在八打灵 SS2，我没有在原店吃过，但是据说原店的水准会比这里好。冼都阿叶福建面 - RM10.90外表看起来还不错，湿度拿捏得刚刚好，可是当我们从服务员手中接过福建面的时候，完全没有闻到半点香味，我们心里就觉得有点不妙了。福建面的味道基本上是ok的，只是有一点偏甜，但问题是这整个福建面一点镬气都没有，这可是福建面最重要的因素啊！想要在 Publika 用餐又不想钱包穿洞的朋友，我强烈建议可以过来“为食村”看看。这里的选择很多，而且价格不会太贵。这里还有好几个档口都是我想尝试的，下次有机会再来的话一定会在这里用餐。By 阿七

If you want to save some penny while having your meal at Publika, you should visit their eat food village because you can find the most affordable meals there. Besides their fish village yong tau fu, I’ve tried their pork organ soup with yam rice as well, which is not bad!With RM11.60, you will be able to enjoy the set meal as shown as picture above. Yam rice comes with pork organ soup, braised tofu and braised egg. For the pork organ soup, you can decide what to add into the soup. If pig inner organ is not your thing, then just go for pork meat slices and pork meat ball.I’ve added pork blood, pork intestine, pork liver, meat ball and pork belly into this bowl of clear soup. Though it’s added with so many ingredients, but the soup is super light and it tastes a bit sour. Hence, it’s perfect to go with a bowl of hot steamed yam rice. They clean the pork organs thoroughly so it’s actually really fresh and doesn’t taste weird at all.The braised tofu and egg taste average, it’s simmered and soaked inside the sauce to enhance the taste, it would be better if the flavor is stronger.You can see the real yam in the yam rice. The yam is cooked until super moist and basically you don’t have to chew much, it just melts in your mouth. It tasted a bit dry to my liking so I added some pork organ soup to make it more moistur-er. Overall, it tastes good and can be considered as a satisfying meal.It’s slightly expensive than the pork organ soup from normal hawker center, but given its generous portion and the comfy environment of food village, I find it reasonable!

BM Yam Rice is famous in Bukit Mertajam.I'm choose the set Set A - where it comes with Yam rice, Pork soup, braised tofu and eggs. The yam and rice was fluffy with top some fried shallot. The rice taste was good. Although is just a small bowl but is full our stomach. The Pork Soup had mixed all the pork organ and salted vegetable.The soup taste was mild and more sour taste but it still good eat together with the rice. Braised Egg and Tofu was quite bland. The egg and tofu is good but lack some taste with it.

这是大山脚芋头饭的芋头反加黄酒鸡。他们的芋头饭吃起来口感粘粘密密的。而黄酒鸡的味道则还好，第一口喝起来感觉浓郁，再喝下去又会发现其实它的浓度还好而已。酒味不重，味道有点带甜，不是很喜欢。一份RM10.90。

My favourite among all the stalls here is definitely the BM Yam Rice. Comes in a set, the Yam rice would come with a pork soup with so much pork meat, pork ball, liver, intestine, and pork blood. All the pork any pork lover adores.Complimenting the rice and soup is the braised egg with tofu in black sauce.The rice came in a very small bowl but it was ideally satisfying for one person.
